Flap disc BLADE BFDC are made on CNC machines for automatic shaping to ensure product quality. The abrasive material on them is zirconium oxide (ZrO2) or known as zirconium, an advanced ceramic material. Flap disc BLADE BFDC is a premium quality (Pro Series) curved shape (T29), contains 80% zirconium (grain). Zirconium is best for metals and high-pressure jobs that require a lot of heat. It is a hard abrasive with a high cutting speed that can grind strong metals such as stainless steel and titanium.
